These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your partnership and membership with the Western Trade Coast Business Network (“WTCBN”, “the Network”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a membership application, purchasing a Silver, Gold or Platinum partnership, or otherwise engaging as a member, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility and Onboarding

• Membership is open to businesses, organisations and stakeholders operating in, or with a genuine connection to Western Australia. You do not need to be located on the Western Trade Coast to join.
• Following registration, WTCBN will arrange a company onboarding interview. You provide the information; our team writes up your content, polishes your profile, and targets it to your industry.
• Most business profiles are completed and published within seven days of the onboarding interview, subject to receipt of your information.
• Each Member is assigned a dedicated account manager who coordinates your promotion, introductions and ongoing engagement with the Network.

2. Membership Packages, Fees and Payment

• WTCBN offers three partnership tiers: Silver ($99 per month), Gold ($199 per month) and Platinum ($299 per month), each with a different level of promotion, engagement and strategic introduction as described in your membership package.
• Partnership fees are payable either as a single annual payment or as monthly instalments, at the Member’s selection.
• Monthly instalment plans form part of a 12-month partnership agreement. Choosing to pay monthly does not allow the agreement to be cancelled before the end of the 12-month term. If the agreement is cancelled during the term, the remaining balance for the full 12-month period becomes immediately payable. Refer to Section 5 (Cancellation and Termination).
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by WTCBN in writing.
• Members may upgrade their partnership tier (e.g. Silver to Gold, Gold to Platinum) at any time during their membership term by contacting their account manager.
• WTCBN may amend its fee schedule from time to time; changes will not apply retrospectively to a Member’s current paid term.

3. Membership Benefits

• A custom Western Trade Coast Business Directory (WTCBD) listing, including business profile, features, gallery and supporting documents.
• Inclusion in WTCBN newsletters, industry updates and social media promotion.
• Access to industry tours, sector briefings, delegation tables and networking events run or supported by WTCBN.
• Ongoing support from a dedicated account manager, including ongoing promotion, referrals and introductions as opportunities arise.
• The specific scope of promotion, introductions and strategic engagement varies by tier (Silver, Gold or Platinum) as outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Code of Conduct

• Members agree to act honestly, professionally and in good faith in all dealings conducted through or in connection with WTCBN, its directory, events, tours and communications.
• Members will not use WTCBN’s platforms for unlawful activity, unsolicited mass marketing, or conduct that damages the reputation of the Network, its members, partners or stakeholders.
• WTCBN facilitates introductions and referrals in good faith but is not responsible for the outcome of any commercial dealing between Members or third parties introduced through the Network.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• Annual partnerships may be cancelled by written notice 14 days prior to renewal; fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable except as set out in Section 2.
• Monthly instalment plans are part of a fixed 12-month partnership agreement and cannot be cancelled part-way through that term outside of the circumstances described in this section. Members with questions about their partnership term should contact our team.
• WTCBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, with or without notice, in the event of non-payment or a breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination or expiry of membership, the Member must cease using the WTCBN name, logo, badge and any member marketing materials, and the Member’s directory listing may be removed.

6. Renewal

Annual and monthly partnerships renew automatically at the end of the applicable term unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5. WTCBN will provide renewal notice 14 days in advance of the applicable payment date.

7. Intellectual Property
All content produced by WTCBN, including directory listings, newsletter features, promotional copy, graphics, logos and badges, remains the property of Western Trade Coast Business Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members may use their WTCBN membership badge and listing materials for self-promotion only while their membership is active, and must not reproduce, modify or distribute WTCBN content beyond this purpose without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Membership services, the WTCBN website and the Western Trade Coast Business Directory are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WTCBN facilitates promotion, introductions and networking opportunities in good faith but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, leads, referrals or the conduct of any third party.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTCBN shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising directly or indirectly from a Member’s participation in the Network.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

WTCBN communications, the website and the directory may contain links to third-party websites. WTCBN is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites and does not endorse or make representations about them.

11. Changes to These Terms
WTCBN may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, membership packages or legal requirements. Continued membership after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
