The Western Trade Coast consists of four key zones that play an integral role in the region’s industrial ecosystem. On your tour, you will explore:
  1.  Kwinana Industrial Area – The traditional industrial zone for heavy industry including refining and manufacturing.
  2.  Rockingham Industry Zone – A hub for logistics, manufacturing, and the emerging advanced battery materials sector.
  3.  Australian Marine Complex – A leader in marine technology and advanced marine services and manufacturing.
  4. Latitude 32 – A rapidly growing industrial zone with exciting emerging opportunities.

Our Tour Guide: Dr Chris Oughton

Renowned for his extensive knowledge and long time connections to the region, Chris Oughton is the ideal guide to take you through the diverse and thriving zones of the WTC. Chris’s in-depth understanding of the industrial landscape allows him to provide exclusive insights into how the region’s industries collaborate and innovate. His tours are not just informative but offer a deep dive into the synergies that drives the success of this world-class industrial hub.

Plus - ask him anything. With over 20 years based in the Kwinana Industrial scene, Chris knows every road, rock and ridge. (but don't ask him about the terns... just one of many on-tour dad jokes)
