    Weather Policy

What Happens if the Weather Turns?

    Good question.

Catalpa Charters is fitted with clear weather blinds that provide protection from wind and rain, allowing the tour to operate comfortably in most conditions.

If weather conditions are considered unsuitable for a safe and enjoyable experience, the Tuesday tour will simply move to the Thursday of the same week.

A final decision will be made on the Saturday prior to the tour, giving everyone plenty of notice.

And one last thing… we cruise at a relaxed pace, so there’s no racing across the ocean. Even if you’re not normally a “boat person”, you’ll likely be surprised how comfortable the experience is.
